Inspiring for the home sick soul

I first heard Adrienne Young and Little Sadie on A Prairie Home Companion this last week. For a home sick country girl in the big city, this album helps soothed my soul and reminded me of my roots.

Very Compelling

An earlier reviewer already used the term "infectious". I hate to be repitious and unoriginal... so I'll stick with compelling. I can't stop listening to this album. I like the style, the music, the sound, the production, everything. Also, the values are refreshing and comfortable.

Adrienne Young was born in Tallahassee, FL, but grew up in Clearwater, just west of Tampa. She moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University, partially to indulge her love of country music. Previously a member of folk-pop bands Big White Undies and Liters of Pop, her passionate singing, strong clawhammer banjo skills, and deft songwriting attracted attention when she won in the bluegrass category of the Chris Austin songwriting contest at MerleFest in 2003 for a song she had co-written with Mark...
