One of the best reggae albums ever

I recently saw SOJA on tour with Zion I and Rebelution and I had no clue of who they were. Their live show completely blew me away and I immediately bought this album upon returning home. To put it simply, SOJA's "Born in Babylon" is one of those albums that gradually starts to cut right to the deepest part of your soul the more you listen to it. This is one of the most relatable albums I've ever listened to. Frontman Jacob Hemphill writes and sings with such compassion and true emotion and the rest of the band behind him is as tight as can be.

If you even are remotely interested in this band, reggae music, or just music in general, please buy this album. These guys embody true artistry and if you open yourself up and let this album in, it will move you and it will change you. I can't say that about many records or artists, especially these days, but SOJA's "Born in Babylon" is just one of those very special albums that only comes along every once in a while. I'm truly thankful for this album.

Sick album

Great album and great show. Can't go wrong with some SOJA.

What Listening To Real Music Feels Like

Warning: This album will change your life! If more people listened to SOJA the world would be a lot better place. Listening to Born In Babylon from start to finish is pure bliss. If your too cheap to buy one of the greatest reggae albums relevant to our time my favorites are You & Me (listened to this song over a hundred times and just keeps getting better on the ears), I Don't Wanna Wait, Decide You're Gone, Here I Am, Rest of My Life, & I Tried. Also, do some justice for soul and see these guys live - AMAZING is an understatement. I'm contemplating on flying to east coast this summer just to get my rasta fix. Keep up the amazing lyrics Jacob your work has given a better outlook on life and I'm sure it will do the same for many lives to come.

If your feelin my review or the album Born In Babylon also buy Get Wiser by SOJA, you will not be disappointed!!
