As much an aural collage as a straightforward art-rock treatise, the album uses its 43 minutes to link speaking voices, sound effects-heavy musique concrète, a bravura performance by session singer Clare Torry (“The Great Gig in the Sky”), moody existentialist statements (“Time,” “Us and Them”), and a funk-rooted strut (“Money”).

Of all time....

Only the best album ever created.While back in the day,it held the greatist sales and power over the people.I remember listing to it over and over,while in school.while most of us,used cassetes,some of us used the grand ol record.I don't think anyone can ever compare it with stands the test of time.Rock on old schoolers!
