About Permanent Ability

Permanent Ability is a commercial-oriented alt-rock band formed by Emmy Award-winning TV producer Brian Lanese in 2008. Fronting the Los Angeles four-piece, comprised of bassist Steve “Dino” Andino, guitarist Nick Gordon, and drummer Gary Rinaldi, Lanese yells raps in their hybrid of funk and amped-up rock. Heavily influenced by Red Hot Chili Peppers and Rage Against the Machine, Permanent Ability contacted former Parliament Funkadelic bassist Lige Curry to guest on their first EP From the Womb to Hollywood. The following 2010 full-length Bring It On was produced by Jim Wirt, who also worked on albums by No Doubt and Hoobastank. ~ Jason Lymangrover
