I first listened to this album in the 1970s. A roomate ahd it and we almost wore it out. Today it is a bit hard for younger folks to understand the personalities and themes for some of the tracks,but others are quite obvious. There was at least one more similar to this that expanded a lot of Billy Sol Hargis. I forgot the name, but wish it was available.

Imus in the morning

This album from 1972 featured highlists from Don Imus' radio show. It features skits and crank phone calls. The material is somewhat dated, but the title track is one of the all time classic crank phone calls.
