I was blown away by Burlap to Cashmere's latest release. It's a little more mellow than their first release. However, the lyrics are way, way more mature.

If you ever get a chance to see this band live, don't miss out.

Bob Dylan meets Dave Matthews meets Mumford & Sons

This album is incredible!! Such a shame they aren't as well known as some other bands out there.. They deserve some credit for blending together some of the most haunting melodies, foot-stomping grooves, and all-together some great music!! Only their 2nd album (first was last 90's) so it's been awhile, and when I heard they had a new one out I had to check it out!!

If you like Bob Dylan, Dave Matthews, Mumford & Sons etc.. then you will LOVE this band!! Check out their first album "Anybody Out There" as well,

Saw these guys open for Audio Adrenaline many years back and they were fascinating!

70's music lovers only.

I'm really sad about this...I literally wore out the first Burlap to Cashmere cd. After waiting years for this new offering, I was so disappointed to download it only to find I was listening to 70's music.
