lush, fun, near perfect

Great choice of artists and songs. Wynonna stands out from the rest (other than Dionne Warwick), her "Anyone Who...." is heart rending, soulful, and amazing. Chrissie Hynde's talents are welcome anywhere, her "Baby its you/Message to Michael" are fabulous. I know people love Mike Myers but his "What's new..." really puts the only kink in the album. Would have love to have been at this concert.

Amazing Bacharach!

Great CD except for Mike Myers so-so reading of WNP. Luther Vandross,Chrissie Hynde,BFF,Dave Sanborn and the rest smoke in this live tribute to Mr B! Mr Costello provides a stellar reading of his song he recorded on his duet CD with Mr. B. Worth the money!!!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I have been waiting forever for the Burt Bacharach tribute "One Amazing Night". I fell in love with this album after hearing Sherly Crow's rendition of "One Less Bell to Answer". This is the kind of album you want to hear on a Sunday afternoon with soft rain in the background.

Born May 12, 1928, in Kansas City, he studied cello,...
