A cd that will never leave your player...

I have every Shooter Album and every single one plays from beginning to end. It is the way country is suppose to sound, it is how his Daddy did it but Shooter has his own distinct sound. He truly is Solid Country Gold!!! No one who likes Hank or Waylon will be dissapointed with this album.

Great Collection!

I have always been a fan of Shooter!! He's alot like his father, yet very different! His father was always against the grain and very different from main street country, as Shooter is. Southern Comfort is a great song! Also check out Lonesome Blues! Sometimes when a second generation artist get set to a higher bar and thats not how you compare an artist!

can't miss

I have every Shooter album and have seen them in concert 4 times. You cannot go wrong with this collection if you want a good mix. You might be better off buying all the other albums though, I really can't find a song I don't like on any of them. Do yourself a favor and go see Shooter and the .45's live if you haven't yet. I have made fans out of a few of my friends that hadn't heard him yet.
