I love cavo soooooo much

great album totally worth the money

Best album yet!

Cavo had a LOT to beat from Bright Nights Dark Days, but they did. Thick As Thieves is clearly their best album. At 1st sight, some songs, such as Southern Smile, Never Gonna Hurt, and California don't sound very good. But, if you listen to the lyrics of the song, it's easy to connect to, I can't get enough of those songs. Best album ever! You should definatly buy it... It's amazing!
1. Thick As Thieves- 9.8/10 Rocking song, just can't get enough
2.Give It Away- 10/10 Best on the album! Shows Cavo's rock edge, but keeps their amazing lyrics
3. Hold Your Ground- 8/10 Tells a story from life... But keeps the rock
4. California- 9/10 Sounds to tell a true life experience. Amazing
5. Circles- 10/10 Tied with Give It Away. Amazing rock edge and lyrics
6. Celebrity- 9.8/10 Really rock, but classic Cavo with the bass and guitar.. And amazing vocals
7. Never Gonna Hurt- 9/10 You can really connect to these lyrics
8. War Within- 8/10 Aways fun to listen too. Love the chorus!
9. Last Day- 7.5/10 Helps you connect to what you have in life, but still keeps it rock and fun to listen too
10. Run- 8.5/10 Energetic song that is always enjoyable with Casey's lyrics and the guitar riffs in the songs
11. Southern Smile- 7/10 Some may be able to connect, but the lyrics are meaningful, but not as much of a rock edge I like in Cavo
But still buy the album. It's their best yet, and you won't regret it!

Seriously underrated band

Cavo definitely has style. Their songs are catchy and stay with you. A lot of them feel like they were made for radio, which could either be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you look at it. Pretty underrated group.

Biography

Formed: 2001 in St. Louis, MO

Genre: Rock

Years Active: '00s

Cavo's four members — frontman Casey Walker, guitarist Chris Hobbs, drummer Chad La Roy, and bassist Brian Smith — champion a mix of hard rock muscle and alt-pop melodies. The latter three members formed the group in March 2001, and a series of setbacks (including one bandmate's disintegrating marriage and another's alcohol problem) helped fuel The Painful Art of Letting Go. The album marked Cavo's independent debut upon its release in 2006; moreover, it led to shows alongside the likes...
