what did you want, goddamnit 10 times over?

Being a twentysix year old adult of sound mind, I'd like to interject one little thought here to all the kids whining about A3 selling out or copping out or however they chose to phrase it.. Matt Skiba and Dan Andriano put out their first cd in 1996, 12 years ago. Since then they have released 5 studio albums, 2 compilations and 8 eps, not to mention contributions to various soundtracks and varios comps. It can only be expected for the band to evolve as they grow older. If this cd sounded just like maybe I'll catch fire youd be whining that they arent creative to come up with something new. that being said, this album is equally as sharp and pleasing as everything else theyve released. kudos!

They've done it again!

WOW!! I am waiting for this band to write a single song that I don't love and they just can't seem to do it. Alkaline Trio may be the best band on the planet. Buy this album immediately.

The original lineup issued a short EP, For Your Lungs Only, just prior to Doran's departure in late 1997, and Sundials followed one year later on Johann's Face Records. Slapstick's Dan Andriano climbed aboard to handle bass duties, adding a complementary...
