The East Coast's Answer To Slayer!!!

BLOOD FEAST is a band that any metal fan needs to have in their collection! Back in the 1980s, this band was regarded as the east cost's answer to SLAYER. And, this was for good reason. Drummer KEVIN KUZMA was regarded as one of the best speed metal drummers in America, and when SLAYER needed a drummer, Kevin got the phone call. Luckily for BLOOD FEAST's fans, Kevin did not take the job, and BLOOD FEAST went on to record three excellent albums. KILL FOR PLEASURE was BLOOD FEAST's first album. It has been very hard to find in stores for a number of years and I was glad to find it on iTunes! In my opinion there is not a bad song on this CD. Perhaps it was the quality of this recording that landed them a spot as a headliner on the first MILWAUKEE METAL FEST. If you are into poseur metal from the 1980s, forget BLOOD FEAST. But, if you like bands like SLAYER, VENOM, AT WAR, ANTHRAX, DESTRUCTION, and the like, these songs should be in your collection.

If speed/death metal is your liking, then Bloodfeast is exactly what you're looking for. Brutal and in your face, there are few that can play as fast and heavy, and still sound good!

I <3 Satan.

Thank you for bringing me a little closer Satan Blood Feast. I bought this album around 1988 I believe. Good stuff.

The same label then offered them a contract, and both the full-length Kill for Pleasure and the Face Fate EP -- featuring vocalist Gary Markovitch,...
