its amazing what good band you can find by just kinda poking around on itunes, now im a big fan of the cute lepers...gotta love the name too!

Perfect retro rock/punk

umm this record is called "can't stand modern music," yet so much of modern music is boutique reproductions of music of the seventies and early eighties so I'm not sure exactly how they differentiate themselves from that massive and widespread trend. So why am I giving this five stars? Well two reasons: 1)I happen to dig the style they are playing in which is basically power pop/early punk along the lines of The Plugz, GenX, The Scruffs, Buzzcocks, 999, etc. etc.and 2)They do it perfectly, maybe even better than many of the original bands but perhaps without the spark of invention.


this band was formed by two members of the BRIEFS who are taking a long break becuase theyve been touring so long. awesome music, still the same style as the briefs, and i love them. BUY IT! LISTEN TO IT ALL THE TIME!
