Album Review

Co-produced by Ed Cash (Passion, Needtobreathe), Dave Barnes' ninth studio LP, Carry on, San Vicente, marks a subtle change in style for the singer and songwriter. Intended as a tribute to influences such as Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Jackson Browne, and Crosby, Stills & Nash, the album captures the distinct soft rock essence of the lighter offerings from these artists, and especially evokes "The End of the Innocence" Don Henley, whose vocal timbre Barnes' resembles.

Another great album from Dave Barnes

Love this album! It's right at home on my Dave Barnes playlist and I'm already singing along. You just can't beat his songwriting skills.

Love Dave Barnes!!! This project is wonderful!!! Sounds like the old Eagles!!! ....Only better with the Dave Barnes touch!!!! Also sending out a shout to Dave to make some more of your unique and hilarious videos!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Dave sounds more like a songwriter than pop industry product and that, IMO, is excellent. Keep it up, Dave!
