iTunes Review

Covering the years between Bowie's haunting 1969 breakthrough "Space Oddity" and 1984's hip-swinging, sax-driven "Blue Jean," this 18-track compilation is both ideal for newcomers and a handy distillation for longtime fans. The chronological set charts Bowie's evolution from the earnest singer/songwriter ballad "Changes" through the sci-fi glam provocations of "Ziggy Stardust" and the swaggering attitude of "Rebel Rebel." The stylish R&B of "Young Americans" and art-rock majesty of "Heroes" fit perfectly with the downtown grind of "Fashion" and the brilliantly moody "Let's Dance."

Pure Perfection

Can't go wrong with this album. A "hits" album but the sound quality is much better than other remastered for some reason.

David Bowie is not a human.

Humans aren't perfect. David Bowie is perfect. Therefore Bowie isn't a human. No one on this Earth could write Space Oddity, Ziggy Stardust, Modern Love, Life On Mars?, Young Americans, Changes, Suffargete City, Sound And Vision, Heroes, Fame, Golden Years, Rebel Rebel, and Let's Dance!!!!!

Great non-expensive music

It has a number of classic hits! Although it lacks greats such as: "Starman", "Oh, You Pretty Things!", "Life on Mars" and "Moonage Daydream".
