Worst Album Of The Year

I couldnt help but cringe when hearing the first 30 seconds of the first track. The music itself is lifeless and dull. These boys aspire to be a metal band when they are clueless to any background in the metal community whatsoever. I really don't believe Unlocking the Truth deserves any of the attention that they have. The only reason why they are blowing up is because they’re black teenagers playing "metal" music which is supposedly looked at as a taboo. In the end, the listener should be focusing on content and expression of what the artist has to offer. Unlocking the Truth has done none of which, and seems to write music which only appeals to people because of who they are (ashpash888). I do not support this group and never will. I hope you don't either. Do yourself a favor and make wiser desicions than listening to Unlocking the Truth.

Not bad

Instrumentally this is a good album. The only thing that I don't really like with this album are the vocals. I know that they are 15 but people can't just give that as an excuse. The guy should've gotten vocal lessons or something. Overall though this album isn't bad.

Keeping it real.

These are real musicians playing real music. Wise beyond their years. No auto tune nonsense .Metal lives!

The African-American trio, which consists of Malcolm Brickhouse, Jarad Dawkins, and Alec Atkins, became YouTube sensations after passersby began uploading their Times Square performances to the...
