19 Songs, 1 Hour 1 Minute

EDITORS’ NOTES

Though he dropped the “Young” from his name an album ago, Atlanta mainstay Jeezy remains one of the toughest, most tenacious MCs in rap. His eighth album is a bruising affair, featuring production from the kind of post-trap upstarts (like London on da Track) who were probably listening to Jeezy’s classic Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101 in their teens. And though there are moments of lightness and introspection (the Janelle Monae–featuring “Sweet Life”), Jeezy is quick to remind us that he remains “grind over mind” as he assumes the role of pastor.

So so

If the album is church in the streets it should represent that. I don't like all the tracks. The song God has a satanic sound in the background and jeezy is cussing the whole time. I was feeling it until I heard this track. I might buy a song but not this entire Album. Lyrical skills are nice. If he would have cleaned this up and used more intellect it would be 5 stars.

Hurry

I know this is going to be a good album. Jeezy never disappoints.
