A Green January

"Losing it With Jillian, Volume 2" seems to be a good set of songs for those new to working out on a regular basis. January is always the top month for new folks exercising at the gyms, on the mountains, or on the streets. This volume should put some audio motivation in the green ears of padawan-exercisers.

With the newly acquired fame of Jillian and her ranks with us gym rats and exercise nuts, this group of songs is by far a "failed set". Those of us that have been working out at 4:00 AM everyday since President Clinton was in office, would love a 180+ BPM CD that tuned our ears up like a good thermogenic and a cup of coffee.

In any regard and as mentioned, this group of songs should at least get you moving a little faster with that new workout that will hopefully last through the year.
