2 Songs, 9 Minutes

EDITORS’ NOTES

This soaring, synth infused narrative is born out of one half of The White Stripes’ noisy experimentation. Jack White goes back to basics by embracing a garage band vibe, marrying it to electronic accents drawn from the ‘80s in a gush of hyperactive romanticism. The distinct guitar and keyboard arrangements combined with fervent vocals suggest a nod to classics from The Doors and even the Stripes themselves, which contribute an air of nostalgia to these tracks.

Where are you Meg?

This is terrible, what has happened? Every solo album seems to get worse. Perhaps too much attention and time is put into what special color the limited edition vinyl will be pressed in.

Garbage

Weak, hope the album is better than these songs.
