Truly excellent piano jazz

I listen to a great deal of jazz music, my first musical love, and I have a special fondness for the piano trio. Only within the past year or so have I become familiar with John Taylor. He's as good as any pianist I've had the pleasure of hearing, and his trio companions are top notch. Give this one a listen, and check out his other releases as well. I think that you will be impressed!

A wonderful balanced jazz effort where each song tells a story accross a colorful spectrum of assymetrical meter and rhythmic harmonies. The band swings in space.
