EDITORS’ NOTES

Can the Doggfather still make hits? “OHHH YEAH!” The westside OG keeps flowing 14 albums into his career. You can feel the California love on g-funk slaps peppered with guests like Too Short, E-40, Wiz Khalifa, Swizz Beats, and Suga Free. Especially love the Gary Numan sample on “My Carz.”

Parental Advisory: Explicit Lyrics.

Good but not great

Both groups of people are right. This isn't snoop of old but who wants to hear that. The best MCs are the ones that can adapt and change styles. E-40 is a classic example of that. If you want to hear the same stuff over and over, buy a 2 short album.

It's not his old stuff, but it isn't garbage either. It's well worth the price in my opinion.

Snoop does need to come sicc on his next one though!

Not bad by any means

Now, I love classic hip-hop a lot more than modern. But I'm trying to view this with an open mind.

This album is not bad by any means. It's pretty good, better than most "hip-hop" being released today. "Super Crip" and "Coolaid Man" are my favorites, they're quite catchy.

Overall, it's not Doggystyle, but is still good.
