15 Songs, 57 Minutes

EDITORS’ NOTES

Native updates OneRepublic's massive sound with folksy flourishes ("Something I Need") and plenty of EDM oomph ("If I Lose Myself"). The range is frankly staggering. "Light It Up" is a seething rocker, "What You Wanted" shoots for the stars (and connects), and "Au Revoir" is a contemplative ballad with cellos courtesy of OneRepublic cowriter Brent Kutzle.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING????!!!

So there used to be a regular and deluxe version of native with color album art and some extra acoustic remixes. And all of a sudden within 3 days those versions are gone and are replaced by some poop colored sepia tone rerelease with a useless remix thats already a single and some new song that should probably be on its own. Please get it together and figure out exactly what you're doing with this.

It's good but...

The album is good and everything but why couldn't they just put the other two new songs on the deluxe album or just release them as singles. Now I feel like I have to buy the whole album AGAIN just for one song, because the Alesso remix was already on the market. Almost $15 for one new song.

You don't have to buy the whole album

It's not album only so just buy the new song. Ryan Tedder writes songs for so many artists and every song sounds similar to another. There are so many songs it's impossible to not recycle a beat at this point. 1R is my favorite band and I'm surely not disappointed by this new song 😊🎶🎶
