About Csezy

A Hungarian singer/songwriter with a musical education in piano and voice from the Béla Bartók Music Department at the University of Miskolc, Csézy was best known as her country's representative at the 2008 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. Born in November 1979 to a family whose members emphasized the ideals of fine music, Csézy released her debut album in 2007. The first single was a smash success thanks to radio and video airplay, which led to a similar standing for the full-length. Entitled Szívverés, the album hit the Top Ten on the Hungarian charts. Her next big move was to perform the song "Candlelight" at the Eurovision Song Contest, which took place in Belgrade, Serbia. ~ Chris True
