Tosca gets the vocal disease.

I liked Tosca's earlier albums and especially the Dehli 9 double album. Great concept. Unfortunately Tosca has fallen prey to the disease many electronica acts come down with. They feel the need to add vocals to their tracks, I suppose in hopes of getting a hit single, but the vocals always suck and ruin the otherwise good tracks. On their previous efforts they had vocal snippets and samples, eventually leading up to a few songs with full vocals on the last album but now virtually every song has a full vocal track. Annoying and not worth owning.

Yes, I am part Austrian and so is Tosca. The reason I give this four stars is because some songs don't have much to them. But the first three are great, going from a cool bassline and drum set to French Jazz to a dancy, yet mellow song. "Damentag" gets REALLY funky when you get into the song. So just download those four. Or whatever you want. It's cool

very chill beats with some uneeded lyrics but overall an awesome album

Their 2013 effort Odeon brought vocals back into the mix and was their first album for the !K7 label....
