Way less attention than it deserves

I get it. Not everyone may be into the strange, melodic, serene scene of this particular Smashing Pumpkins. Some music enthusiasts might say it's too abstract and vague and there really is no structure to the songs at all. But Billy Corgan is a musical genius. This album is pure art, and no, it isn't perhaps the best music to go road tripping to, or have a party to, but you have to admire the composition of sounds and expression in every song and appreciate how awesome this album actually is. Music these days has gotten to be too much of an enterprise today; songs are typically made to sell to vast audiences who enjoy a good bass beat and will get into a song for a year and half tops, then cast it to the side like it's a leftover fruitcake from Christmas that nobody wants to ever hear of again. It's harder to find true talent in music nowadays too, but as long as the Smashing Pumpkins still write music, I can retain some faith in humanity.

Best SP album

I know Siamese Dream or Mellon Collie are usually considered their best, and they are great rock albums, but Adore is a gorgeous *masterpiece*. Not only that but this album was way ahead of its time. Even if you are a casual SP fan check this album out
