Customer Reviews

The badass cover is a sign of what's inside.

This collection of songs by far exceeds what A Cruel World had for us. The riffs are as memorable as they are heavy, the lyrical content is a bit darker than the last album in some cases but the vocal range has increased by a noticeable amount, and the musicianship in general of every band member has improved. This is one of the best metal albums I have heard this year, easing beating out many of the so called "kings" of this genre. I was extremely pleased with albums like BTBAM's "Colors" and Devildriver's "The Last Kind Words," but this album has shown as much if not more maturity than these two albums combined. Pick this up and you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely Ridiculous

Tim Williams is a genious. Dead man walking is a guaranteed classic. For anyone who liked Vision Of Disorder or Cruel World, buy this album.

An Amazing Second Attempt

It's in acquired sound, in that they are completely different from any other rock band out there, really. The vocals are constantly in-between a hardcore scream, and a melodic howl. The musicianship they display is smooth, and every song flows together perfectly. Their first CD was a bit darker than this one, and I don’t think I could forgive them for easing up; however these guys are still one of my favorite bands and I am still pleased with the new CD. Give these guys a listen, you might like them, or you might hate them, however I know that they are one of the most underrated bands in the rock scene right now.

By this time, lead singer Tim Williams and guitarist Mike Kennedy had already begun working on material for a new project; originally called Fix 8, the group started life as a side project,...
