Hopefully The Next Big Thing

This is one great album. I haven't heard such a good one since In Rainbows by Radiohead back in '07. It really stands out with a lot of poppy flash that isn't boring or taped on and just generally catches you with a unique sound. I haven't seen an album thats flowed so well since The Green Album with the tracks going together in an almost seamless manner that is fresh and catchy. It appeals really well on multiple levels, not just pop. This is an album you can actually dive into and just sit down and listen or just listen to on the go. I'm only disappointed in the fact that they didn't add Minute Romance from their EP. From a sales perspective it would have made an excellent addition. I have to give huge props to their producer for a great audio mix that doesn't drown out any instruments. Everything is really clear and to the front and no one is getting drowned out. You get to hear everything the band is doing and aren't missing out on anything, such as the excellent bass guitar playing from "Biz" I'm thoroughly excited about this band and hope to see more from them.

Wow....Just Wow!

I've been a fan of How I Became The Bomb for a year or so. My girlfriend introduced me to their first EP and I fell in love with their sound. Not long ago they released 4 FREE downloadable EP's on their website. This CD puts all those onto one disk, along with a few new/re-recorded songs. There is even a very cool Paul McCartney cover on here. If you are a fan of New Wave/Synth Rock please do yourself a favor and download this awesome compilation!

I loved the EP - and this album is more of the same goodness

How I Became the Bomb were launched in 2005, when Jon Burr (vocals) and Andy Spore (drums), friends who were attending Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, got together one evening to make...
