Beautiful

This is extremely high-quality playing and very relaxing. Good for sleeping or for winding down after a stressful day. It is real musical instruments and excellent performance not like some of the other relaxation ones using keyboards and fake instruments.
Thank you Joshua Leeds and Dr. Andrew Weil

Extraordinarily relaxing

I was looking for some music that would be very relaxing but not quite meditation music. This album fit the bill perfectly. It is not just quiet background music but actually relaxing rhythms. Highly recommend.
