Not bad at all

I'm not much of a reggae fan, but I thought i'd give this a try. It is actually pretty solid. The music has a good beat that keeps you going, and it seems to be over before you know it. While Mr Powell is certainly an accomplished sprinter, he isn't that interesting as a coach. This can be overlooked however, because this is still a decent program and pretty good work out.

Finally something for runners that like reggae!

It seems that many of the Nike running mixes for iPod are all the modern radio hits. I enjoy running, but it's difficult to find a song with a beat that you can keep up with. There is a wide variety of songs here, slower ones to start off with and cool down, and faster-paced ones when you're really going at it. I think this is a great collection, and, even if you're not a fan of reggae, you should try it!

FINALLY! Something that makes me want to move!

Asafa Powell's workout is the best thing for a long distance runner trying to work on speed and even great for a sprinter trying to gain some endurance. I was extremely pleased (bought it yesterday and worked out with it today). This workout was productive and helpful because it provides a comfortable amount of instruction and helps pace you. WELL DONE, NIKE PLUS!
