My Favorite U2 Album

I know I am in the minority here but top to bottom, this is my favorite U2 album. Joshua Tree starts off with 4 songs I give a 5 star rating, but there are a couple filler songs that are just ok. Rattle and Hum is all good and solid. Ironically, my least favorite song might be the opening Helter Skelter. After that it is one amazing song after the next with live performances mixed in and even a guest appearance by blues legend BB King on When Love Comes to Town. If you want one album side, go side A on Joshua Tree. If you want a full album that is good top to bottom, this is the one.

Late Night Album

I love listening to this late at night. It gives off those middle of summer, middle America vibes. IDK. Not the most technical or thorough U2 album, but it wriggles and breathes; this album has life.

Greatest U2 Album!

An essential companion to "The Joshua Tree" -- there are some brilliant live tracks AND original songs on this one. Love this album so much.

Best tracks: "When Love Comes To Town," "Desire," "God Pt. 2," and "Hawkmoon 269."
Low points: "Helter Skelter," "All Along the Watchtower"

Honestly the greatest u2 album and THE greatest double album of all time!
