A bit on the melancholy side

The album wasn't what I wanted, but it was an unexpected change of pace. The album lacks much of the upbeat flavor that we have seen from the previous albums, but it delivers a much darker mood that adds diversity to the band's repertoire. Although, not the most catchy selection of Kap Bambino's work, Devotion offers a more morose feeling with their electronic melodies, which gives them a more distinct sound from band's following a similar dynamic like Crystal Castles, Heartsrevolution, Sleigh Bells, or You Love Her Coz She's Dead. The tracks King Cobra and Trapping, which offer a unique take on electronic music, are good starters for Kap Bambino fans to listen to, if they are having a hard time with the new album. Overall, the album could have benefitted more with a few good upbeat songs, however the album does a good job of standing on its own with a unique sound to Kap Bambino that offers diversity and a track list to sulk along with, yet bring the distinct style that Kap Bambino offers like no one else can.

F______ yeah

Kap Bambino puts out another bad a-- album!!!! A must have even if you are not a fan!!!!! Alittle different from old stuff but sounds great!

Where did my catchy punk go?

New album is not catchy like older albums... Seems they went into a darker direction which is fine but the magic just aint there.... Sad pooopy face :(

The next year a split LP, Love (with Martial's other group, Khima France) came out, followed...
