Trip Magnet-The EP

I have always been a follower of the crew of King's X. I have most of Tabor's solo works/projects and have enjoyed a lot of them. Being an EP my hopes weren't very high, but I found myself pleasantly surprised. Part instrumental and part vocal tunes, the EP is a tapestry of audio textures that is mostly soothing. No barn burners here folks but just nice tunes and a chance for Ty to express some moments on guitar and the songs that have vocals have meaning and purpose. I especially like the final song Freakin'. It's still nice to see some humor amongst the deep thoughtful music found on this EP.

Ty Tabor is a unique talent

While I am not a big fan of King's X I am a huge fan of Ty Tabor. Thoughful, evocative, creative, with the courage to play "his" music, I really enjoyed this latest effort by Tabor
