None of the songs sound like they belong on Chesire Cat, Dude Ranch, Enema of The State, Take Off Your Pants and Jacket, Box Car Racer, AVA, +44, The Transplants, Neighborhoods...these songs have entirely new elements but it doesn't disappoint. Definately buy this album. It still sounds like Blink-182. Just another step up!

"I guess this is growing up"

You can tell that they all have their new influences. Tom with Angels and Airwaves, Mark with +44 and producing for all kinds of bands, and Travis even with his rap drumming career that he has going. You could even hear it in Neighborhoods. But you can't expect them to keep writing about high school and keep up with these fast punk anthems you would hear on albums like Dude Ranch. They have grown up. I mean they are almost 40! Times change, people change, music changes. Even though this is a drastic change from their first albums, they still can write amazing music. But it reminds me of Boxcar Racer. That's what I like most. They even said Boxcar was a major influence behind the album. Another win for Blink.
