Only Hope 2

Only Hope 2

Skola's third tape finds him doubling down on the raw, gleeful trap-rap anthems that make him Baltimore's answer to the Hot Boys. Take "Trap Phone," where he and Lil Baby sing-rap over hi-hats and tinkling toy piano keys about doing brisk business in the streets. Or the lilting "Bone on U," as much a playful tribute to the Bawlmer accent as it is to consequence-free sex. Even Only Hope 2's hardest cut—bleak-banging Meek Mill feature "Check Check"—comes with an irresistible shout-along hook.
