"If we start the ball to rollin' will it stop??" No, it keeps on goin'!!

I was turned on to Alice's release by the inclusion of her song "Dream" in Episode 49 of HBO's series "Entourage." Once hearing that song, I knew I had to have it. So I bought the whole album, and there was absolutely no disappointment! She reminds me a lot of Alana Davis in that her voice has a bit of huskiness, and weight, but remaining at all times feminine. Her lyrics are engaging as well as catchy, and the instrumentation is awesome. This is great music! Nothing but 5-star cuts are on this gem. Alice's strongest efforts are "Dreams" -- obviously -- "Gary Song" (the sleeper!!), "Do It," "Desert Song," and "Fake Is The New Real."

Alice rocks it!

if you're into female vocalists who really push themselves to find their 'sweet spot' - then ALICE SMITH is a must. Its funky and bluezy and sexy all wrapped into a hot chick. I recommend many singles on the album including Desert Song, Dream, Secrets, Woodstock - but the entire album is a full on chill. Enjoy!

See her LIVE

To hear Alice's album is amazing. To see her LIVE is an EXPERIENCE. Download her, get familiar with the music, and then see what she does with it live. She will BLOW YOU AWAY! I've been listening to her album for months and cannot get enough.

Singing backup for a band at Fordham University, Smith was in the studio one day when the manager (and head of BBE Records in the U.S.) heard them perform. A record deal followed shortly and Smith released her impressive debut,...
