He was a LOOOOOoooooOOOnsome HOBO
Here are the artists on this album: Track 1: Bono Track 2: Alison Krauss and Union Station Track 3: Dickey Betts Track 4: Mary Chapin Carpenter Track 5: David Track 6: Bob Dylan Track 7: Willie Nelson Track 8: Steve Earle and the V-Roys Track 9: Jerry Garcia, David Grisman, John Kahn Track 10: Iris DeMent Track 11: John Mellencamp Track 12: Van Morrison Track 13: Aaron Neville Track 14: Dwight Yoakam My mother made me listen to this CD when I was younger, and I found it an excruciatingly awful experience. I did not get to listen to the New Kids on the Block. I got to listen to yodeling and talk about boxcars. ("Not the lonesome hobo song AGAIN!") Years later, on another listen, my tastes have changed, and it's great to find that the roots of rock and roll are still relevant in this CD.
This is a partial album
It pops up under Van Morrison, yet Van's song "Muleskinner Blues" isn't available. A little truth in advertising, please.
