What can I say about Hair of the Dog? The better question is; what can't I say about Hair of the Dog? Never before has there been such a collection of musical geniuses, brought together with the camaraderie of a tight knit band of brothers with a cause.

Whether you're a fan of classic rock, the Beatles, Nashville, Pop, Celtic, Classical, or even the Barber Shop quartet, this is the band for you. This sextet features not one, but four vocalists, who are highlighted several times as leads, but when strung together, form an angelic symphony of harmonic greatness.

With a complete mix of original, traditional, and new old songs carefully mastered; each of their four albums on I-tunes is like candy for the ears. The music these gents create will tug at every emotion from sadness, to elation, and even heartsick longing. Always a crowd pleaser, the HOTD albums will leave your party friends asking for more.

The only way to fully enjoy their offerings is two acquire all four albums and create a perfect play list for any occasion. Five stars and two thumbs up to HAIR of the Dog, and I look forward to the upcoming album now in production with an entirely new selection of foot stompin', table slappin', good time music.

It gives it a completely different feel, similar to what the High Kings do, but this will feel different from the Clancy Brothers and the High Kings, the Clancy Brothers will sound different compared to the other two, and e same with the High Kings. Each has their own style, and this is a style that I like a lot.

Hair of the Dog (Ryan Spencer Cook, guitar and vocals, Mike Dupke, drums, Boot, bass, John A. Sepetys, guitar) released an independent release simply titled Hair of the Dog in 1997. This release was in response to a tremendous reaction to a cut called "Caddilac Jack" that appeared on a radio sampler. The group spent the better part of the next two years on the road. The group then signed to Spitfire and released the next disc Rise. The group hit the road again, and the album began to really take...
