Customer Reviews

Without you, today's emotions would be the scurf of yesterday's.

If you are in Seattle and have a chance to see these guys put on a live show, you'd be a fool to pass it up. Their energy is infectious. Their music is catchy and nostalgic (in the best way). It's easy to hear the influence of the Beach Boys and Rufus Wainwright in their music, but the resulting sound is uniquely their own. I downloaded this album and haven't stopped listening to it since. Sweet drumming too!

Required Listening for Fans of Super Melodic '60s Pop

Curtains For You sits comfortably in the pantheon of retro-popsters who have learned all the lessons of the music biz from the '60s to today. They manage to slap a fresh coat of paint on the houses built by the likes of Lennon and McCartney. Their debut record was a knock it out of the park affair, and this follow up is leaps and bounds beyond what I expected. This album should rocket them onto the coveted "best of" lists of serious pop geeks everywhere. Not to be missed!

Among their many influences...
