What took them so long ?

I am at a loss as to why it took Warners so long to issue this album digitally. It's one of those 80s gems that really should have gone down as one of the decade's best pop moments. The three singles "Nobody else," "Each time you break my heart" and the remake of "Loving you is sweeter" still pop up on 80s playlists from time to time. The remakes of Benny Mardones' "Into the night" and Ronnie Milsap's "Any day now" are interesting choices given that they were terribly old songs when he remade them. If you liked the pop fare that Michael Damian, Bang! or Johnny Hates Jazz put forward, then you'll probably be sold on this. Shame he never quite came into prominence in the States. After all, good looks had a lot to do with selling records back then and he was certainly not short on the goods.

Win Your Love

I was a child when this guy made his musical debute. It wasn't until this year that I came across his YouTube vids and lucky for my new obsession ITunes has this available for download. I only hope that it his remaining work becomes available soon! Esp "I promise myself"
