The house upon this cover reminds me of a lighthouse in Michigan, and the music of this album perfectly suits the loneliness, the hazy pace of a late summer's day where the fading sunlight catches in the windowpane and lingers, timeless, breathless. Beautiful. I can never remember the name of that lighthouse, so in a way it's fitting, for the music of this album can't be defined by names, or kept track of by listing. Each song is a fleeting emotion, more powerful than anything worth remembering, for the sake that it is simply a piece of you and me.
