Pure Emotion in music

I first heard this album on a headset at a music store. Every time the next track came on. I was moved more and more. I'm not a fan of opera. But track 4 blew me away. What this womans voice can do was just amazing!!! Track 8 was so amazing I played it twice. The feelings put into this work are just astounding as emotion just pours out and flows into your ears.First find out about the man that the album was named after. Then you can have a common frame of reference with vangelis as he takes you on a journey through this man's life through music. Get a good set of headphones or you will miss alot of the background tones. Close your eyes and relax and drift off with the music. If you are a vangelis fan. Then this is a must have. If you don't let yourself be moved by music and it doesn't really touch you inside. Then you will not understand this album. But for those who do. You will enjoy the ride again and again.
