From one of the guitarists on this album

From the moment that we first sat together in the rehearsal studio in Montreal, it was as if we had been playing together for many years. The sound of the CGT's steel string acoustic guitars and the MG3's nylon string classical guitars, and the two groups playing styles, blend in a very natural way. With the combination of both our diverse repertoires, I would dare say that this is one of the most eclectic and unique instrumental guitar albums ever. We've done several tours together in the USA and Canada, including a sold out show at the recent Montreal Jazz Festival on July 2nd, 2011. The Montreal Guitar Trio guys are so good and so much fun to play music with. I'm very excited for our upcoming concerts together. This album was recorded at one of our recent concerts, in St. Catherines Ontario. - Paul Richards, California Guitar Trio

Auditory joy

Saw these groups together in Banff, November, 2010. Have been hooked on classical guitar ever since. The breadth of their repertoires and their blend playing together was joy producing. Purchase the album. Go see a live show!

Just saw the performance of these artists in Red Bluff, CA. It was a gift to see their virtuosity on guitar. Amazing variations. Good performance.

Lams, Moriya, and Richards toured the U.S. and England as part of Fripp's League of Crafty Guitarists until deciding to branch out on their own in the fall of 1990. The band officially became...
