Few alt-metal bands can match Red’s dramatic intensity. The group’s titanic sound boasts nearly impenetrable layers of industrial-tinged guitar riffs, epic strings, and gleaming keys. Though they aren’t explicit in their faith, powerhouse singer Michael Barnes infuses numerous cuts, including “Break Me Down” and “Breathe Into Me,” with spiritual urgency.

Red is superb. Without their song: Pieces, I dont know where I would. I dont think they know the importance they have in my life, let alone others. That song... is more then I can type and Red, I owe them so much just for listening to there words

How am I the first? Oh well, this is brilliant. I got this from Wal-Mart on vacation on vacation last year, along with Slipknot's self-titled cd. I'd never heard of RED, but thought the album art looked cool, and thought the name of the cd was sweet, so I bought it. OH MY GOD! My absolute favorite random cd purchase. Well, that's all I've got to say, other than I really think you should give this cd a try. Even if you don't like metal, they have beautiful acoustic songs.
