Salsa Is Still Very Much Alive!

An astounding achievement in Latin music. Eddie Montalvo has put together a stellar ensemble of musicians and vocalists, including “Mr Afinque” Wille Rosario, Ruben Blades, Cheo Feliciano, Rico Walker, Isaac Delgado, Domingo Quinones and Pablo “Chino” Nunez. Few recent recordings available today carry the totality of swing that Montalvo’s production has. Tracks 1 through 9 are energetic tunes, with a terrific Montuno splashed in. Fans of the Salsa genre must treat themselves to this delicious blend of vocals, piano, horns and percussion (especially on Montalvo’s solos),for the ultimate delight in Latin music! Bravo Mr. Montalvo! - DJ J.Antonio “Mr. Ataca!” NYC

Desde Nueva York a Puerto Rico

In my humble opinion it's the best salsa album of the year. Each track swings with monster arrangements and a who's who of Puerto Rican musicians and singers. A must have for all salsa aficionados. Eddie Montalvo outdid himself and good for him!
