iTunes Review

The flamenco world is divided into two eras–before and after Paco de Lucía—and this stunning collection of his work from 1967 to 1981 reveals why. His new sound was a colorful blend of Spanish guitar, Caribbean rhythms, and Afro-Cuban percussion. The addition of electric bass and bongos enraged flamenco traditionalists—but it made de Lucía an international star.
