Dear Tesseract

Please. Please try to go beyond this vocal obsessed approach to satisfy a fan base. Your musicianship is in severe compromise as you release more recycled concepts by clinging to the support of fans that thirst for more of the same. Musically you are infinite. Vocally, everything has been said.

Very cool alternate versions!

I love the diversity Tesseract is showing on this recording. Many meat head rock fans may only like they heavy songs but these versions show class and maturity. Great players can do softer songs as well! It does NOT make them Less awesome. If you appreciate hearing more complex songs performed in a more vulnerable and intimate way you will enjoy this

Originally started in 2003 as a solo outlet for English guitarist Acle Kahney, who at the time was playing in the band Mikaw Barish, alternately brutal and cerebral progressive metal outfit Tesseract eventually morphed into a full-blown force of nature and early adopter of the djent style, which relies heavily on tight, palm-muted riffs that sound much like the word itself, and was coined by Meshuggah guitarist Fredrik Thordendal.
