Album Review

Everyday Robots is the debut solo album from British singer and multi-instrumentalist Damon Albarn, lead vocalist of '90s rock band Blur and member of the music and visual project Gorillaz. Albarn confessed that the record is his most personal, soul-searching, and autobiographical work to date. The album fuses electronics and found sounds with soul ballads. Leading up to the release of the album, the track "Lonely Press Play" was released along with video footage recorded on Albarn's iPad. The record features collaborations with Brian Eno, Natasha Kahn (Bat for Lashes), and the Leytonstone City Mission Choir., Rovi
