love this song...not many people know this..but, Al McKay was the gutarist and co-writer of this song...for those who still don't know...Al McKay later went on to play and write for Earth, Wind & Fire.

"Express Yourself" is probably one of the hippest songs I have ever heard. It rocks! I love just walking around and singing it. It's a real motivating song as well. Even if people don't know it, they still dance to it because it's so much fun.

One of my alltime favorite songs.

Everyone who knows funk knows this albumn. No secret. The strange thing is that most don't spend time with the best track ever. "High as Apple Pie" is one of my favorite songs ever - after years of listening to it I still get goosebumps when the song builds. Absolute masterpiece.
