the kid is en fuego

He's clever and catchy, what's not to like? A certain level of openmindedness  is required, but if you wanna keep it closed then your included in "Em All."

The Ave is Back on the Block

After way too long, Mickey Avalon throw's his fans a bone. It appears evident that the production on the new album will sound slightly more "rock-ish." By the title of this song it is apparent that Interscope has decided not to try and take Mickey mainstream, rather continue to sell his "shock-value." It will be exciting to see what songs end up on the complete album as his fans know he has played many new songs in concert throghout the years while claiming to have a new album coming out "soon." It is rumored that he has 200-400 songs recorded since the last album was released (originally in May 2005 and then again by Interscope in 2006). Hopefully, the wait entails that Mickey Ave has found the right songs and sound for another addicting album.

His desire to move forward and perform to the same society that failed him in his youth is what America is all about. To listen to him perform, is to see the real man in his own truth. So, open your mind and sit down and listen!
