Its good to see you.

No filler on this power pop masterpiece from Wes Hollywood. I dare you to listen to the opening track and not sing along. Strong, and utterly enjoyable from start to finish. Wes is a good, real good. And this album is him at his best. Just buy it. Trust me.

Mr Hollywood Tears it UP!

Imagine if Elvis Costello and Weezer got together and had a mutant musical offspring: Wes Hollywood would be that mutation. An excellent album of midwest, feelgood, pop-punk. Inspired by the places of refuge, escape and fantasy that we all had when we were at that awkward 'tween-ager stage of our formative years. This double vinyl set has two versions of the album, one mixed in stereo and the other in classic mono. It put an immediate smile on my face from the opening chord that stayed on my face until the last note, then I started it over and enjoyed it even more the second time.

Formed in Chicago in the spring of 1999, the Wes Hollywood Show is deeply rooted in the late-'70s and early-'80s tradition of pop/rock songwriting greats.
