Simply put.....INCREDIBLE

Easily the best album of the four OSI disks released by Jim Matheos and Kevin Moore. Each song flows to the next, with some even borrowing the lyrical theme or musical theme from it's neighbor. With out a doubt, Invisible Men is the best track of the album, but that in no way diminishes the rest of the songs. In a way it's like trying to pick the best athlete at an All Star Game. There really isn't a weak track of the bunch.

Another solid effort from OSI, but not the best.

Given that I'm still just getting into it, my first impressions are that it's good, but not as good as Blood. Maybe it will grow on me (their previous work certainly did), but right now I just can't see myself listening to this as much as Blood or Free. All the parts are there, but it's missing the magic that would take it to another level. Keep in mind that I think OSI is the best band I've found in at least a decade. It pains me to say that I don't like this more than I do, although I do like it.

The leaders of O.S.I. have included guitarist/keyboardist Jim Matheos and lead singer/keyboardist Kevin Moore, both of whom bring strong prog and metal credentials to the table. Moore is a former member of Dream Theater (one of the top progressive metal...
